Steve's Plumbing Ventura collects only the information needed to answer your call or email and provide plumbing service. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

- Job records such as photos, inspection videos, estimates, invoices, payment records and permit records for work we perform.
- Basic technical data that our website host records automatically in server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request.
This website has no contact form, no user accounts and no analytics or advertising tracking. It does not set cookies.
How we use it
- To answer your call or email, schedule and perform service, and send estimates and invoices.
- To file permits and inspection reports with the City of Ventura when the work requires it.
- To keep records required for licensing, tax, insurance and warranty purposes.
- To keep this website working and secure.
Who we share it with
We share information only when it is needed to do the work or run the business:
- Service providers such as our website host, email provider, and accounting and payment software.
- Government agencies such as the City of Ventura and Ventura Water, when a permit, inspection or report requires it.

How long we keep it
We keep job and billing records for as long as tax, licensing and warranty rules require, and then delete them. Website server logs are kept only as long as our host retains them for security and troubleshooting.
How we protect it
This website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. We limit access to customer records to the people who need them to do the work.
Your California privacy rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we respond within 45 days.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
